Treasury Management Specialist

Position Summary:

As a Treasury Management Specialist, you are responsible for the onboarding and support of the Bank’s Treasury Management products and services, including online banking, mobile banking, and related digital solutions. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for clients as they integrate with our treasury services. Your responsibilities include guiding clients through the onboarding process, collecting and verifying required documentation, and delivering exceptional customer support. While most support is provided over the phone, there may be occasional in-person meetings. In this role, you will help strengthen client relationships, enhance the treasury management experience, and support the growth of our business.

What will you do:

Accountabilities

Customer Relationships

Ensure customers have a positive experience.

  • Assist with calls related to FNB’s Treasury Management products and services.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the onboarding process.
  • Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their onboarding, addressing any potential delays or issues proactively.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally to ensure customers have a positive experience.
  • Support and resolve escalated business customer issues related to Treasury Management.
  • Assist with addressing items in the Treasury Management Inbox.
  • Meeting defined SLAs for setup, customer inquiries, resolution.
  • Provide customers with training and guidance on how to use our treasury management systems and services effectively.
  • Offer insights into best practices and optimization of treasury management solutions to meet customer objectives.

Customer Account Set-up and Maintenance

Perform set-up, maintenance, or delete user profiles as necessary.

  • Adhere to quality assurance standards in reviewing all access rights to ensure rights are granted in accordance with the documentation.
  • Accurately setup access and online services for business customers.
  • Provide initial and ongoing training for Treasury Management services. Including Positive Pay, Bill Pay, Remote, Mobile Deposit, ACH, and Business Credit Cards.
  • Guide customers through the necessary steps to establish treasury management services, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand customer needs and tailor the onboarding process accordingly.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all onboarding documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely processing of documents and necessary approvals.
  • Maintain organized records of all client communications and documentation.

Qualifications

High School degree required. One or more years of relevant work experience or a combination of education/experience that would enable incumbent to meet accountabilities and required competencies of the position.
