Position Summary:
The Chief Wealth Management Officer provides strategic and operational leadership for the Wealth Management division, with accountability for client experience, growth, fiduciary excellence, talent development, and financial performance. This role partners with bank leadership to align strategy, deepen relationships, and deliver integrated solutions.
This role leads the delivery of trust, fiduciary, investment, advisory, and family office services while maintaining strong compliance, risk discipline, and operational effectiveness. It is expected to drive growth, foster collaboration, and set clear accountability for results.

Leadership Management Accountability
Lead with clear direction, develop a high-performing team, and create an environment of accountability, collaboration, and continuous development.

Drive sustainable growth by expanding client relationships, developing talent, and pursuing continuous improvement that advances the long-term success of the Wealth Management team.
Operational Leadership & Governance
Oversee operational processing, governance, and risk management to ensure the department operates efficiently, compliantly, and at a consistently high standard.
Strategic Vision
Provide strategic leadership for the near- and long-term direction of the department, ensuring alignment with Bank priorities, market opportunities, and evolving client needs.
Qualifications
Ten or more years of progressively responsible experience in wealth management, trust, fiduciary, investment, private banking, or related financial services leadership roles required, including meaningful leadership and supervision experience. Demonstrated success in business development, client relationship management, and leading profitable growth is strongly preferred. Experience with trusts, estates, agency accounts, fiduciary administration, and applicable banking and fiduciary regulations is required. A bachelor’s degree in finance, business, accounting, economics, or a related field is preferred; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Professional designations such as CFP, CTFA, CFA, CPA, JD, or MBA are preferred but not required.
