Position Summary:
As an Administrative Assistant for our Ag Banking team, you will support Ag Bankers or function managers along with various departments by performing a variety of administrative and coordination tasks. Responsibilities include preparing complex documents, coordinating activities, and compiling data to produce standard and customized reports that support decision-making. You will apply a basic understanding of banking laws and regulations related to bank operations, ensuring that all duties are performed in compliance with these regulations.
This role requires exercising independent judgment and discretion, making non-routine decisions within established guidelines, and working with minimal supervision. A thorough knowledge of bank products and procedures is essential. Additionally, you will regularly communicate with and provide direct service to customers, ensuring a high standard of professionalism and customer support

What will you do:
Accountabilities
File Maintenance
Perform file maintenance in an efficient and accurate manner that aligns with department goals and objectives.
Establish Loan Documents
Create loan documentation that is accurate and in compliance with laws and regulations.
Liaison
Serve as the liaison between lenders and other Bank departments.
Compliance
Maintain a working knowledge of guidelines, policies, laws and regulations associated with work responsibilities. Ensure compliance in processes and related communication(s). Monitor and audit work regularly. Identify, address and/or escalate issues appropriately.
